• NEGOTATING THE OFFER: Not only do I research comparable properties that have recently sold to be sure you get the best price, I also guide you through such issues as counter offers, financing, contingencies, date of possession, inclusion/exclusion of repairs /furnishings/other equipment.
• INSPECTIONS: I can recommend experienced home inspectors and then attend the home inspection and help you negotiate any unforeseen issues that arise as a result. I can also help if problems such as radon, asbestos, insect or termite infiltration are uncovered.
• LEGAL ADVICE: I work directly with several qualified attorneys who specialize in real estate transactions. I will guide you through the Purchase and Sale agreement, condo documents, budgets, deeds, etc.
